AgencyEA Promotes from Within

Chicago, IL (June 26, 2017)AgencyEA, a leading Chicago-based brand experience agency, announced today two internal promotions within its leadership team. Hunter Haas was promoted to Group Account Director, and Kelley Gripp was named Director of Strategic Initiatives.

During his nearly nine years with agencyEA, Haas has built award-winning experiential campaigns for clients such as Target, Hilton, Northwestern Medicine, Ameriprise Financial, McDonald’s and Huron Consulting. As Group Account Director, he will focus on the strategic, organic growth of EA’s client portfolio, team leadership and management, as well as cross-departmental processes and efficiencies.

Also within the agency’s leadership team, Kelley Gripp was promoted to Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Gripp will focus on advancing EA’s sustainability and employee experience through technical consulting, project management, operational improvements, business transformation and process improvement training.

“Kelley’s analytical and communication skills along with her cross-departmental experience makes her an ideal candidate for this position,” said Gabrielle Martinez, Managing Partner. “We are excited for the impact she will deliver as she continues to support the agency’s vision and goals.”

Since joining agencyEA in 2013, Gripp has implemented key reporting and communication tools, defined new processes, and played a significant role in agencyEA’s strategic planning and development.
