Since 2014, EA has partnered with Hampton to create a nontraditional corporate conference for more than 2,700 attendees at their biennial Ultimate GM Huddle in Orlando.

Engaged General Managers and renewed enthusiasm surrounding Hampton’s unique company culture by immersing attendees in the brand.

Developed creative strategy, theme design and event messaging, to build excitement and reinforce brand culture.

Designed and launched a custom, interactive digital campaign platform for the 2016 Ultimate GM Huddle which enabled attendee registration, captured crowdsourced content and furthered interactions with onsite digital activations.

Integrated custom digital elements, including a vending machine with facial recognition technology, digital postcard kiosks and playing cards encouraging acts of kindness.

Evening event design, production and management

Produced a mini-music festival closing event, complete with three themed stages, a full lineup of performers and ancillary entertainment.

Designed the Hampton Vendor Showcase—a unique trade show that united hundreds of vendors to exhibit their products and services via self-designed pods.
