For six consecutive years, EA has designed and managed the annual ASU GSV Summit – a three-day event that focuses on how educators, entrepreneurs, policy makers and investors can transform education through innovation and technology.

Elevated the event environment with dynamic scenic pieces, branding and signage, staging, 3D photo backdrop, printed décor centerpieces and walk-in animations — all of which encouraged attendees to share their experience on social platforms.

Handled all elements including event concept and design, 16 general sessions and 570 breakouts, onsite logistics, A/V, registration, sponsorship coordination, F+B, hotel management, event promotion, and VIP speakers such as Andre Agassi, Bill Gates and Condoleezza Rice.

Integrated digital elements including mobile app support, a live stream of the event, and three social media walls that displayed all online conversation surrounding the summit.

Engaged attendees through Tomorrowland, a futuristic trade show that gave a firsthand experience of new, digital technologies such as photo storytelling with Mylestone or virtual reality.

Designed the summit’s Town Square, the “epicenter” of the event, which provided a central, public space for attendees to network, hold one-on-one meetings and follow along with conference content on LED walls.
