Designed and produced AOL’s second annual Digital NewFront event in New York City’s Moynihan Station for more than 1,000 digital media buyers and advertising executives.
Transformed the raw event venue into a high-tech, video-immersive presentation and reception space, allowing AOL to debut their original online video content in an unprecedented, memorable way.
Energized 800 AOL marketing and sales employees at the three-day National Sales Conference in Miami, where EA managed all event elements including general sessions, four breakout sessions, evening special events, after parties and volunteer activities.

Ad sales increased 5% following the NewFront, growing revenue for the first time in eight years on strong third-party network and search revenue growth, easily beating analysts’ estimates.
The NewFront received additional traction from media coverage on AdWeek, AdAge, BizBash, Hollywood Reporter, and Huffington Post.
The Digital NewFront was recognized by Event Marketer as an EventTech Award winner in the “Best Combination of Event Technologies” category.
The AOL National Sales Meeting was a Gold Winner, named “Best Sales Meeting” by the American Business Awards.
