Partnered with VivaKi to host a variety of events that allowed its agency partners, vendors and clients to network and build relationships in an exciting industry setting.

Created sponsorship packages at various levels for vendors to gain exposure and showcase their newest technologies to clients. Sponsors included AOL, CNET, Facebook, Pandora, Sony and SyFy, among others.

A speed dating-style event allowed customers to meet with new vendors and tech startups for five-minute presentations.

Designed and fully developed the program’s custom branding and concept, “Bright Lights, Big Ideas,” as well as a complex registration microsite.

Managed and produced all auxiliary events and presentations, CES tours and logistics, customized guest agendas, onsite registration, hotel management and room drops.
